Portion Track does not collect, store, transmit, or share personal data. All food logs, preferences, and usage information are stored locally on your device only.

Accounts:

Portion Track does not require account creation, registration, or sign-in.

Data Sharing:

Portion Track does not share data with third parties.

Analytics & Tracking:

Portion Track does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking technologies, cookies, or similar identifiers. 

Subscriptions & Payments:

All subscription purchases are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. Portion Track does not access, store, or receive your payment or billing information. 

User Control & Data Deletion:

Because all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app permanently removes all associated data. Portion Track cannot recover deleted data.

Children’s Privacy:

Portion Track is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
 

Your Privacy Rights:

Because Portion Track does not collect or process personal data, requests related to data access, correction, or deletion under laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA are not applicable. 

Changes to This Policy:

This privacy policy may be updated if app functionality changes. Any updates will be reflected within the app or on this page.
